Lindy Guinness has appeared on my feed before, as the subject of a Duncan Grant portrait. Her painterly control often as exciting to me as his. That green against the reds is almost too intense and yet it's so good, and the whole structure is held entirely by the colour. A corner of a dining room is so random and unassuming but trusting that to be enough, it overwhelmingly is.
